Tempest Block Tournament Format
This format is also known as the "Rath Cycle Block".

Legal Card Sets
Decks can be composed of cards from Tempest, Stronghold, and Exodus.
Banned List
The following cards are banned in this format:
Restricted List
There are no cards that are restricted to no more than one in your deck.
Other Restrictions
Minimum of 60 cards in a deck. There is no maximum size.
Optional 'sideboard'. If you have one, it must be exactly 15 cards.
No more than 4 of any card which is not a basic land can be in the
combination of deck and sideboard. Cards with different art or in
different languages or from different prints but which are the same card
are considered the same.
