The Collector's Set was released in December 1993. It contained copies of
all the cards from the Beta print run of the
Limited Edition. 61 additional basic land
cards appeared above the 302 unique cards in Limited Edition.
The cards were cut with square corners, and the backs of the
cards had gold borders and have "Collector's Edition" printed
in gold ink.
The international edition has
"International Edition" printed on the backs. The cards were printed
in this format to make them illegal in regular play while allowing
people to see all the cards in the game.
The print run was 10,000 sets plus 5,000 International sets.
