Hello, the deck I would like you to critique is my Static Orb/Opposition deck.
I stopped playing Magic right when Apocalypse came out, so I really don't know what's in the Apocalypse set.
This deck is pretty good and wins consistently, but if it could benefit from any cards in Apocalypse or if there is just a better way to build it please let me know.

White/Blue (60 cards)
Land (25):
----------------------------
12x Island
9x Plains
4x Adarkar Wastes
----------------------------
Creatures (16):
----------------------------
4x Ramosian Sergeant
4x Steadfast Guard
3x Defiant Falcon
2x Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero
1x Jhovall Queen
1x Thermal Glider
1x Cho-Manno, Revolutionary (or Defiant Vanguard)
----------------------------
Counterspells (10):
----------------------------
4x Counterspell
4x Daze
2x Foil
----------------------------
Utilities (9):
----------------------------
4x Opposition
3x Static Orb
2x Dismantling Blow
----------------------------
I currently don't have a sideboard.
I'm pretty sure about the mana-base, but I'm not so sure about my creatures.
I kept a rebel base so I could search them all out to get my creatures out fast for use with the Opposition.
I'm really not sure about the 1 each cards though.
Jhovall Queen can be a great finisher, but she may be a little much. And I'm also not sure if those are the best counterspells I could use. Since I really don't know what cards are in Apocalypse, there may be some better cards in that set.
I know there are a lot of Static Orb/Opposition decks out there, so you may be thinking this is a netdeck, but I assure you I made it myself (I don't get on the internet much), but if for whatever reason this deck falls outside of your guidlines and you wont critique it, I would like it if you told me why. (Maybe you think it's a netdeck, or maybe you think it sucks too much, but for whatever reason).

Apocalypse centers around the opposing-color theme, which means 0 cards in the set are good for this deck.
I thought about your deck a little and here is what I came up with:
Rebels-Opposition (Blue/White)

Lands: 25
12x Island
9x Plains
4x Adarkar Wastes

Rebels:15
4x Ramosian Sergeant
1x Defiant Falcon
1x Ramosian Lieutenant
2x Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero
3x Steadfast Guard
1x Jhovall Queen
1x Nightwind Glider
1x Cho-Manno, Revolutionary
1x Defiant Vanguard
Other(Non-Rebel) Creatures:3
3x Meddling Mage

Counterspells:8
4x Counterspell
2x Absorb
2x Foil

Combo:7
4x Opposition
3x Static Orb

Others:2
2xDisenchant

Sideboard:15
2x Wrath of God
2x Rout
2x Worship
2x Disenchant
2x Dismantling Blow
1x Thermal Glider
1x Defiant Vanguard
3x Hibernation

Card by card choices:

Mana sources: I think this deck really needs the turn 1 Ramosian Sergeant, and that's why I don't use Coastal Tower

Rebel Chain: Some minor changes from the original deck, Nightwind insted of Thermal Glider and -2 Defiant Falcon +1 Ramosian Lieutenant +1 Defiant Vanguard.
Nightwind Glider and Lieutenant survive Plague Spitter and i think 1 Vanguard is needed.
Other Creatures: Meddling Mage is very good. It's one of the best turn 2 drops, and generates card advantage.

Counterspells: 4x Counterspell is a no brainer. Absorb just 2 because of the 3cc plus the 2x Foil are needed for the alternative casting cost.

Combo parts: 4x Opposition,3x Static Orb. Nothing to think about ;)

Others: Disenchant is just better than Dismantling Blow in the current enviroment. The 2cc allows you to play it even under Opposition/Orb lock, while Blow is uncastable.

Sideboard choices:
Wrath/Rout/Worship for decks than can outrace you.
Disenchant/Blow for additional Artifact/Enchanment removal.
Thermal Glider for King Red and other decks with lots of red creatures.
Defiant Vanguard as an additional measure against big, non-flying fatties. It doesn't get rid of Spiritmonger, but you have counters and Cho-Manno for that
Hibernation for Fires/Saproling OppoOrb and the like.

Although Opposition/Orb is played mostly with Merfolks or Spontaneous Generation, the Rebel-Opposition idea might actually work.
Seems to have everything it needs. Try it out !
