This is a RUB Nether Spirit deck. I was wondering if you had any ideas to shape it up.

4 Accumulated Knowledge
4 Counterspell
4 Fact or Fiction
4 Foil
4 Force Spike
3 Prophetic Bolt
3 Terminate
4 Undermine
2 Urza's Rage
3 Nether Spirit
2 Crosis's Catacombs
8 Island
2 Mountain
4 Salt Marsh
4 Shivan Reef
3 Sulforous Springs
2 Swamp
Sideboard:
3 Blood Oath
3 Pyroclasm
1 Terminate
2 Obliterate
2 Urza's Rage
4 Gainsay

This deck is solid. Some cards aren't Type 2 par right now, such as Force Spike. In the deck below, Pyroclasm is in instead of Terminate, since Pyroclasm is usually a more useful card. See below for card-by- card analasis.

4 Fact or Fiction
4 Counterspell
4 Undermine
4 Spite/Malice
4 Accumulated Knowledge
3 Probe
2 Nether Spirit
4 Pyroclasm

1 Yawgmoth's Agenda
4 Underground River
4 Salt Marsh
4 Shivan Reef
2 Sulfurous Springs
6 Island
2 Swamp
Sideboard:
4 Blood Oath
2 Tsabo's Decree
2 Obliterate
3 Gainsay
4 Hibernation

Card-by-Card:
-Fact or Fiction-This deck has blue, it needs this in it.
-Undermine-Best U/B counter out there.
-Counterspell-Duh.
-Spite/Malice- I put Spite/Malice in instead of Foil/Thwart because it tends to be a little more flexible, although it can't deal with a Spiritmonger, it can deal with most everything else for just 4 mana.
-Accumulated Knowledge-This is a no-brainer.
-Probe-Although some people tend to shy away from Probe and other discard effects, I believe that Dodecapod is not something that should be feared to the extent that all discard is null and void. This card gives you HUGE card advantage, and poo to Dodecapod.
-Nether Spirit- One of the most annoying and best creatures in Type 2 is the basis of yet another deck.
-Pyroclasm- Kills all the Birds and Elves around, plus lets your Nether Spirit come back for more the next turn. It's not as good as Wrath of God, but it still kicks.
-Urza's Rage- This card is just too good to be left out. If they manage to somehow Lobotomy your Nether, this is around as a back-up plan. It also kills annoying little first strike critters that stop Nether from attacking.
-Recoil-See Probe. This card is so good, in my opinion generally better than Vindicate simply because of it being an instant.
--Sideboard--
-Blood Oath- This is almost always a 9 damage card versus control.
-Tsabo's Decree- This is a utility card that could sneak in maindeck if a lot of Rebels are popluar in your area.
-Obliterate- This helps against other control that for some reason or another your Nether can't own. Oh, Nether comes back as well.
-Gainsay- Blue is big. So is Gainsay. There are only 3 becasue most of the spells don't matter as much against control as they do against other decks, since you have Nether.
-Hibernation- This is just genuine good. I am a big fan of this card, as you deck clinic junkies notice, it is in all of my Sideboards.

Keep on building,
