Hmmm - well, while I disagree with having Shadowmage as your main creature and 1 Dromar as backup (I'm just not a fan of 3 color control, to be honest), the deck idea is a tried and tested decent deck. The mana base looks a little bit off from what I'd use and I would recommend a couple different cards.

This deck is designed to take the game late and then drop a Dromar or deck you with Echoes, Millstone and Traumatize. To do that, we need to find the right balance between being able to withstand the early aggro rush and win the counter battles with other control decks. If you are trying to win by forcing the combo through, then you are playing this deck wrong - they should be in there to supplement the board control and threat control.

I would take out an Echoes and a Traumatize to add in either 2 Repulse or 2 Wash Out - or if you feel daring, more Teferi's Moats. Looking at the mana base (only 24 lands), I'm immediately putting the kibosh on that idea and adding another Adarkar Waste and another Island. 24 lands is not what you want for a 3 color control deck. You absolutely need to draw as many land as possible for FoF's, counterspells and whatnot.

I'm not terribly sure Moat is the right answer either - Wash Out or Repulse or even something stupid like Unsummon may be better and would lower the mana curve; but I'll leave that choice up to the player.

The sideboard is interesting too. I'm seeing a lot less aggro decks than I thought I would - mainly because most control decks have a lot of answers for them. Stompy uses a lot of token creature type of effects and isn't quite as nasty as it used to be when Rancor was in the field. Hibernation is a better answer than COP: Green for 2 main reasons. Mainly because Green now has Lyrist back in the field as cheap enchantment removal, but also because there are a lot of quick token-creating cards that just die to Hibernation.

Sligh is also another decent aggro choice, but there is so much hate for it that I don't think COP: Red is really the best choice. Aegis of Honor is probably the better choice as you can also use it to stops one of B/W's big kill cards, Death Grasp. It depends on what you run though. If you run Moats to stop sligh, then you want Aegis. If you run bounce, then COP: is probably better as it will handle creatures, too. If they splash White, which I've seen a lot of them doing to run enchantment kill, you may want to think about the second method.

I'm also not terribly sure you need 2 routs AS WELL as all the other methods you have of dealing with control decks. Granted, Duress is a great card, and you also run 15 mainboard counters, but I'd like to ditch the Routs for 2 Diverts. They are a HUGE advantage over many many decks - its how you beat Urza's Rage, can get a cheap extra counter in during a counter war and how you can possibly save key permanents (great vs Land Destruction, bounce spells, enchantment removal, etc.). I'll leave it up to you how many Diverts/Aegis' you put in. I'm going to use 3 Diverts because I see a lot of control. If you see a lot of Aggro, replace that or the other Millstone with an Aegis or two. Heck, if you see a huge number of birds, elves, or random 1/1s, try Engineered Plague.
