The Seventh Edition was released in order to rotate the contents of the
basic set. The cards still have white borders, have a
fancy seven expansion symbol and
"copyright 1993-2001" is on the base of the cards. The expansion symbol is
black for common cards ( )
silver for uncommon cards ( )
and gold for rare cards ( ).
Cards were first available on April 2th, 2001.
The set uses all new art. There are foil versions of every card and
the foils have a black border.
The 350 card set's breakdown by rarity looks like this:

The Seventh Edition does not change the rules. They are played under
the same rules as Sixth Edition cards.
